Job Description Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) – Small Animal Practice Are you a compassionate and motivated RVN looking for an exciting new opportunity in a supportive and friendly environment? About Us: We’re a busy and welcoming small animal practice committed to providing outstanding veterinary care with a personal touch. Our modern, purpose-built facilities are equipped with all the tools you’ll need, including digital X-ray, ultrasound, doppler, ECG, and pulse oximeter, allowing you to focus on what you do best—caring for animals. You’ll be joining a dynamic team that includes experienced vets, skilled RVNs, supportive VCAs, a dedicated reception crew, and a practice manager. Together, we foster a positive and collaborative environment where your contributions are truly valued. About You: We’re looking for a passionate RVN who takes pride in delivering high standards of care. You’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring the wellbeing of both patients and clients. The ideal candidate will: Have excellent communication and organisational skills. Be confident performing a wide range of nursing tasks, including Schedule 3 procedures. Be eager to contribute to the growth and success of the practice. Have an interest in clinical coaching (though this isn’t essential). A four-day week rota ensures a fantastic work/life balance. 1 in 4 weekends included. No OOH or overnight inpatient checks.
