Supplier Relationship & Contracts Manager

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (national) £55,000 - £65,000 (London)

A bit about the job:
We are seeking an experienced professional to step into a key additional role within our Outsourcing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where partnership and collaboration are central to success.
The Relationship Manager (RM) is a pivotal role, overseeing an established BPO & ITO outsourced contract providing a number of services across Aviva Wealth business. You will act as a bridge between Aviva and our Partner, ensuring mutual success by:
1. Building and nurturing a strong, collaborative partnership with our Partner to achieve shared goals and deliver exceptional outcomes for Aviva and its customers.
2. Driving operational excellence through the review and refinement of processes, forecasts, policies, and procedures.
3. Managing service levels and resolving challenges while maintaining a relationship-first approach to ensure alignment and performance improvement.
4. Acting as a trusted advisor to key areas within Aviva, ensuring their needs are met and supported by the Partner effectively.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
1. Contract Management Expertise: Demonstrable post-deal contract management experience, including drafting terms, negotiating, and ensuring adherence to contract terms. A focus on maximising value while maintaining compliance is essential.
2. Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to deliver cost efficiency and added value from contracts, with a sound understanding of financial and business principles.
3. Relevant Industry Experience: A background in Insurance or Financial Services is highly desirable. Professional qualifications such as CIPS, IACCM, or equivalent are preferred.
4. Supplier & Stakeholder Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain trust-based relationships with both our Partner and internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration, alignment, and continuous improvement.
5. Risk & Compliance Management: Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
What you'll get for this role:
1. Salary around £50,000 - £65,000 - depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
2. Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
