Key Responsibilities To have a good understanding of outfit building and be able to showcase this to our customer through merchandising. To have a full understanding of product placement and be able to understand the difference of new lines and new fashion lines. To have a good understanding of key sightlines throughout the store. To be able to place key / new product within key sightlines to take our customers on a journey from the very front of the store to the back, showcasing excitement and newness. To maintain propping and visual delights to a high standard. To have a good understanding of both store and company best sellers. To understand the local customer within the Area you are working to help you interpret ways to wear to suit your customer. To be able to swap out LFL product to maintain windows and internal displays, so these always look exciting and inviting for our customer. To build a good rapport with stores' VM Specialist (If applicable), VMDBP and to join management on VMDBP store visits. Maintain a safe working environment for self, colleagues and customers. Ensure all H&S and RI procedures are followed and H&S training is completed and up to date. Ensure all POS is up to date in line with the current guidelines.
