£13 - £13.50 per hour

Monday to Friday - full time and occasional Saturdays - rota basis - 37.5 hour working week

Should you have demonstrable experience in a customer service role engaging directly with the public, or have been exposed to a fast-paced, collaborative team environment, we would like to hear from you.
We have multiple opportunities for Customer Service Representatives to handle the day-to-day processing of visa applications & renewals. This will include but is not limited to greeting customers, supporting completion and checking of applications, obtaining biometric data and other documentation. You will need to follow an established and defined filing and administration process, all guided by a computer-based system.
Engagement with applicants and providing a first-class, positive service are key. Similarly, handling customer complaints diplomatically and assertively will be imperative.
An enhanced DBS is required as part of the screening process. A copy of your certificate will need to be provided.
