What We’re Looking For: Essential: • Strong experience leading teams to deliver complex engineering solutions. • Expertise in Systems Engineering and the development of complex systems. • Proven leadership, communication, and people management skills. Desirable: • STEM degree and/or Chartered Engineer status. • Experience working within a highly regulated industry, applying engineering tools, methods, and standards. • Familiarity with Model-Based Engineering approaches and supporting toolsets.
