Robert Half is partnering with a company specialising in cyber security training in search for their next Head of Operations that is fully remote.
The Role:
Looking for a Head of Operations who specialises in managing a distributed and remote HR, Finance, Compliance, and IT operations.
Opportunities you will encounter across these areas include:
* Working with finance to set up an FP&A function.
* Working closely with HR to redevelop hiring and recruitment processes to bring on world-class talent
* Working with HR to re-develop policies and benefits to address 100+ employees in 30+ countries
Your role will be crucial in developing the company’s operations engine to support and drive business growth as they scale.
Responsibilities:
* Talent and Culture: Work with HR and Recruitment functions to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
* Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting and analysis, helping guide business decisions while maintaining financial stability.
* Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations including but not limited to HR, Finance, IT operations and compliance to ensure all departments work smoothly and efficiently. Streamline processes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
* Leadership and Strategy: Work with senior leadership to ensure operational efforts align with the company’s overall goals. Encourage teamwork across departments to drive continuous improvement and help the business achieve long-term success.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure clear communication, alignment on goals, and proactive issue resolution. Foster collaboration and trust to support smooth operations and mutual success.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in business operations, finance and HR, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
* 2+ years of people management experience with a track record of leading and developing teams.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to learn and grow, especially in a growth-stage startup.
* Team alignment skills. Ensuring teams are focused on key performance metrics and goals.
* Relevant experience in business operations; ideally within SaaS/Tech environments.
