The UK Brand Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving greater brand love for PureGym by creating impactful brand moments throughout the year and amplifying them through ATL media and strategic partnerships. You'll also collaborate with the wider Brand Marketing Managers on group campaigns.

You’ll join the Brand team as part of our in-house Group Marketing function, with 45+ people operating across three core countries. The role is based in our Leeds Head Office and will be responsible for UK brand marketing, including leading our headline charity partnership with the British Heart Foundation.

Join our team as a Brand Marketing Manager, leading impactful campaigns and brand partnerships. Based in our Leeds head office, you’ll oversee brand marketing for PureGym. You’ll work closely with broader group Brand Marketing Managers on campaigns, contributing to focused marketing initiatives across UK, Switzerland and Denmark.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Brand Marketing for PureGym UK: Take ownership of brand marketing and campaign activity, supported by the Senior Brand Marketing Manager.
2. Campaign Delivery: Manage our yearly campaign calendar, planning and executing national acquisition campaigns and brand marketing initiatives.
3. Media Planning: Be the lead contact with our media agency to plan and optimise ATL media campaigns, with performance reporting.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams including Social & Content, Design, Local Marketing, CRM, and Digital to ensure insight-driven, strategic execution.
5. Agency Collaboration: Partner with our production and creative agencies to craft engaging communications and creative deliverables.
6. Brand Partnerships: Oversee the management of brand partnerships including our core partner British Heart Foundation and additional partners and sponsorships.
7. Competitor & Industry Insights: Monitor trends, providing quarterly reports and detailed insights during key campaigns.
8. Ad Hoc Duties: Support budget management, campaign performance reporting, and brand tracking, along with broader PureGym group projects as needed.
The person
1. A creative thinker who can develop concepts and project-manage integrated campaigns from start to finish, considering all channel touchpoints.
2. Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Experience collaborating with designers, broader marketing teams, and third-party suppliers.
4. 3+ years’ experience in executing integrated marketing plans including ATL activity, and briefing media agencies in a similar role, preferably with global brand experience.
5. Ability to create compelling campaigns that resonate with the target audience, while maintaining consistent alignment with PureGym's brand values.
6. A strong commercial mindset with excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills.
7. A passion for evolving brand activity, staying up-to-date with marketing trends, and proposing creative, tactical ways to engage audiences through effective channel activity—working closely with wider marketing teams to make this happen.
8. Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative.
