Your responsibilities will include:
* Working closely with the business and academic leaders in the schools
* Maintaining a brand new school site
* Leading the premises team on a day-to-day basis and delegating tasks
* Overseeing the work of contractors
* Improving school sites in a cost-effective manner
Requirements for the position include:
* DBS - In date, with no reprimands which prohibit working with children
* Relevant qualifications - Ideally you will have qualifications in Health & Safety
* Project management experience
* Strong knowledge of IT
* Strong commitment and a positive attitude to the role and objectives
