My design and manufacturing client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join their growing team.
This full time HR Advisor role will be part of the Group HR Team.
Job Overview
Reporting to the Group Head of HR, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering HR to the business site in Sittingbourne of approx. 130 employees.
Key Responsibilities
1. To provide the business strategic and operational HR support & leadership
2. Managing employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement, and redundancy.
3. Monitor probation deadlines, ensuring managers are following the probation policy and providing support/advice where needed, complete probation confirmation/extension letters
4. Advising and assisting management with performance management and capability
5. Facilitating and advising on all sickness absence and other absence including all statutory absences
6. Administration of employee-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, new starter packs, or formal notices of termination, maintaining employee files on the HRIS system in line with compliance laws.
7. Ensuring compliance with employment law.
8. Providing all payroll related information
9. Managing the whole employee lifecycle including offboarding
