What you'll be doing:
1. Conduct assessments of business processes, transactions, and activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
2. Undertake compliance monitoring reviews of People’s Partnership’s pension and insurance products to ensure they are being operated in accordance with the applicable law, regulation and best practice.
3. Identify improvements to compliance monitoring based on emerging risks, regulatory changes or common issues.
4. Contribute to the identification and assessment of compliance risks.
What we’re looking for:
1. Demonstrable experience in a compliance related discipline.
2. Working knowledge of regulatory requirements of the FCA, PRA and TPR.
3. A good level of understanding of GDPR regulations, knowledge of Anti Money Laundering rules.
