Job Description
Responsible for: Photography / Packaging
3. Organising samples, checking that all samples received are correct to approved CAD.
4. Ensuring all deadlines are met.
5. Creating packaging forms.
6. Uploading photography to factory FTP folders.
7. Approving soft copies.
8. Approving hard copies.
Managing Sealing process
9. Chasing/Reviewing/Approving strike offs with designer.
10. Chasing/Reviewing/Approving bulk fabric.
11. Chasing/Reviewing/Approving gold seal samples.
12. Test reports / Approval.
Shipping and correct documentation
13. Ensure all shipping paperwork is processed and dealt with in a timely manner.
14. Housekeeping on BARS and Quality Folder
15. JDE - Running sales reports / Sales Analysis
Update and maintain seasonal documents
16. Raising POs and Invoice.
17. Shipment Diary
