Job Title: CISO Operations Lead
Location: Frimley or Preston. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: £50,000 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
* Working as part of a busy CISO team providing business support to our cyber leads
* Manage the organisation’s information systems operations in alignment with the established Security Policy
* Produce timely management information to support effective decision-making
* Oversee and execute key business management functions to ensure operational efficiency
* Coordinate and manage Cyber All Hands meetings to foster effective communication
* Organise and facilitate team meetings
* Plan and lead the cyber new starter induction program
Your skills and experiences:
* Experience in an IT function or a related field
* Passion for cyber security, demonstrated through ongoing personal development
* Ability to organise and lead team training sessions or development programs
* Proficient in data analysis with hands-on experience using tools like Tableau
* Present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences

The Group Cyber team:
Join our dynamic Cyber Security team within the Information Management & Technology (IM&T) function at BAE Systems’ Head Office. In this role, you will play a key part in optimising team efficiency and effectiveness by developing cyber security policies and procedures, designing and implementing data dashboards, ensuring the delivery of team training, and coordinating All Hands meetings. You will work closely with various functions, engaging with diverse teams to meet customer requirements while driving the implementation of advanced security policies.
