Personal Assistant/PA | Newport | Up to £30,000
The Opportunity:
Opportunity for a proactive Administrator/Personal Assistant to make themselves indispensable to the Senior Leadership Team within one of the only Train Manufacturers in the UK.
You will play a key role in supporting the COO, providing crucial business support activities to ensure the successful running of the organisation. Make your mark on the company by supporting the wider business, building relationships across their purpose-built facility in Newport.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide critical administrative support activities to ensure the effective and efficient running of the organisation.
2. Deliver administrative support across the organisation, including production of reports for functional and cross-functional meetings, travel, accommodation, and meeting bookings.
3. Provide diary support to COO and the management team; arranging meetings and meeting rooms to support business needs.
4. Coordinate COO's company briefings, including preparing PowerPoint presentations from information provided.
5. Maintain the company travel system.
6. Organise and prepare for meetings in line with the central governance structure.
7. Host and greet Senior visitors to the Newport factory, coordinating visits for a smooth experience.
8. Support the creation of communications for internal and external audiences, liaising with external marketing and PR companies.
9. Facilitate the organisation of events to ensure they run smoothly.
10. Ensure accurate records are maintained in accordance with procedures.
Candidate Essentials:
1. Strong administrative background with the ability to collate information to prepare presentations/summaries of meetings.
2. Experience working with a Senior Leadership Team, with confidence to engage with all levels of individuals/stakeholders.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Office/PowerPoint.
4. Proactive, approachable individual able to build strong professional relationships.
5. Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize rapidly changing demands.
