Case London are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Associate to join their team. As Sales Associate you will be a part of a team that drives sales productivity, efficiency, and customer service levels of the store and will report directly on a daily basis to the Line Manager. Brand training is provided on site and an individual store training programme is available. As Sales Associate your key responsibilities would include: Maintaining and increasing the sales figures of the store/concession Maintaining a high level of store housekeeping Ensuring all store and company rules and standards are adhered to at all times Assisting in any stock counts that are carried out as instructed by head office Positively promoting the image of the company Ensuring that customers are acknowledged quickly and offered friendly, courteous and efficient service About You The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: Excellent interpersonal skills Strong Communication Skills Able to engage with customers Demonstrate passion for products Previous experience in a retail environment (ideally a minimum of 12 months) Confident working with KPI’s and targets Strong team player Ability to adhere to company health and safety requirements Good organisational skills About The Company Case London is dominating the top end of the travel good market through its real estate and in store departments as well as through owning the exclusive wholesale and distribution rights in the UK for Tumi, Bric's, Ted Baker luggage, Delsey, Lulu Guinness travel, Knirps and Radley luggage.
