Our client is a leading, fast-growing wholesale business within the renewable energy sector. They are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to support them with their rapid growth plans.
The Marketing Manager will lead marketing initiatives to elevate the brand and increase sales. This role requires an enthusiastic and driven individual with experience in promoting products across digital and traditional platforms, the Marketing Manager will be instrumental in driving brand and product awareness
Responsibilities
* Working with Senior leadership team to, develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive new sales, engagement, and revenue growth
* Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, in-venue, and print) from ideas to execution, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
* Collaborate with creative freelancers to produce engaging content, including visuals, videos, and stories that resonate with target audiences.
* Manage social media platforms, website, SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns to grow digital presence and engage with both existing and new audiences. Utilise analytics to measure and optimise campaign effectiveness.
* Oversee marketing budget allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximise campaign ROI. Track expenditures and measure the financial impact of campaigns.
Requirements
* Qualified in Marketing and communications
* Previous experience as a marketing manager it would be beneficial to have some knowledge of products within the Renewables sector
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
* Proficiency in marketing analytics and CRM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar).
* Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills to engage diverse audiences.
* Strong negotiation and partnership development abilities.
* Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
* Analytical thinker who uses data to inform strategy and decision-making.
* Highly organised and detail oriented
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
