Role Description
An exciting opportunity to play a leading client leadership role on the newly won Money Supermarket account. As AV Manager you will work closely with the Investment Director and Head of AV Planning to deliver critical business whilst having autonomy to manage other accounts within the team. You will play a crucial role in the digital transformation of the Investment team whilst also ensuring outstanding day to day delivery across all the accounts you work on. You will have excellent people skills, be confident in managing a piece of business and will look to nurture and develop talent within your remit.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure regular interaction with planning teams and an understanding of the communication objectives for client portfolio
2. Support the Investment Director in implementing the right process and procedures for effective day to day management of all activity
3. Responsibility for planning programmatic AV + audio and liaising with ad tech specialists Matterkind to ensure successful implementation
4. Accountability: on-going tracking of value and quality deliveries and attendance at reviews
5. Alongside the planning team ‘Sell in’ annual plans / large briefs across all video and visual channels to senior clients
6. Develop innovative solutions with media owners and sell-in clients
7. Challenge strategy and ideas to ensure they are remarkable and inspirational for our clients
8. Share knowledge and understanding across the team and wider agency
9. Ensures that AV Executives continue to deliver to the highest standards and are learning from your example
10. Understand the billing and revenue on your clients business and proactively update trackers
11. Identify opportunities and build strategic recommendation alongside partnerships and planning to grow revenue within your group
12. Educate clients to expand use of programmatic AV + audio media
13. Support UM with new business opportunities and ad hoc pitch requests
14. Attend external events to develop media owner relationships, to ensure the UM gains further momentum within the industry
15. Work with your team leadership to identify opportunities to provide thought-leadership and build content for external and internal PR
16. Collaborate and build close working relationships with third parties and Media Owners to bring innovation and new solutions into the agency to deliver a better UM product
Desired Skills & Experience
17. You have a deep understanding of the media landscape in the UK, including digital
18. You have strong AV + audio planning skills and possess a current knowledge of industry trends
19. You have previous experience, and are comfortable working directly with clients and in leading meetings and presenting to stakeholders
20. You have experience in coaching junior team members and enabling the development of those around you
21. You are experienced and well versed in all video and audio media and able to clearly articulate how communications are able to deliver a positive impact on our client’s business
22. You are a dedicated and motivated individual, who helps create and maintain a powerful team dynamic
