We are looking for a confident Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the dynamic team at our client's busy distribution centre on the outskirts of Mansfield.
Working at this highly automated site, you will be tasked with following the planned maintenance schedule with the wider team and responding to breakdowns to keep downtime to a minimum.
With a wide range of machinery on site that includes state-of-the-art material handling equipment, automated storage retrieval systems, conveyor systems, cross belt and shoe sortation equipment, shuttles, and end of line boxing and bagging machines, this fast-paced environment will give you the opportunity to showcase your ability.
Being part of the dedicated Automation team is a physically demanding position that will also require you to work at height, which you will receive full training on when you join the business.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience for a Shift Automation Engineer
1. NVQ/BTEC/C&G Level 3 Multi Skilled Engineer
2. A solid understanding of PLCs
3. Pneumatic and Hydraulic experience
4. Computer literate
5. Ability to read technical drawings.
6. Work proactively managing time effectively.
7. Ability to work independently.
8. Confidently work at height.
Salary and Benefits of a Shift Automation Engineer
NEW SALARY £52,500 DOE
Shift 4 on 4 off Days & Nights
6am – 6pm / 6pm – 6am
