Sales Director Key Responsibilities:
Lead the way by Generating & Developing new business, key accounts, ensuring optimal revenue from corporate, Gastro, Michelin businesses.
Strategically sell and promote the portfolio, maximizing revenue opportunities within the local and national marketplaces
Secure new business and enhance profitability of existing accounts
Drive inquiries and increase engagement for corporate transient, group, and meeting events
Collaborate effectively within the sales team to discover new business opportunities
Lead and execute marketing strategies to reach potential clients through innovative campaigns and digital outreach
Analyse market trends and competitors' activities to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge
Provide exceptional client service to maintain and grow customer loyalty
Sales Manager Ideal Candidate:
Proven track record with an established career within a Sales Manager/Director role or a related sales position within the hospitality industry
Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the capacity to influence and engage stakeholders
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a knack for building and maintaining relationships
Willingness to travel extensively across the UK for client meetings and promotional events
Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Creative thinking to identify unique selling propositions and differentiators
Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but is also capable of working independently
