Description Our services have been retained to recruit two Programme Managers for a major construction programme in the defence sector. This is comparable in scale to the Olympics and Crossrail. The successful candidates will oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex construction projects within this large-scale infrastructure programme, ensuring adherence to company processes while meeting deadlines, budget, and quality standards. This is an opportunity to contribute to a nationally significant programme and leave a lasting impact. This would suit an individual from a infrastructure or complex building background. Responsibilities Assure delivery of a project in the wider programme to time, cost, and quality, while remaining compliant with company processes. Own and manage delivery to the project schedule. Manage the project with a focus on governance, compliance, and reporting. Lead, shape, and manage the execution of the construction elements of the project in accordance with Design and Equipment requirements, managing budget and resources accordingly. Establish project milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules; identify programme problems and propose solutions. Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, quality and be a great team player. Requirements Major Infrastructure or complex building programme experience. Evidence of successfully leading cross-functional teams in a complex project environment. Degree qualification in a related discipline (would suit CEng) or equivalent demonstrable experience.
