We’re seeking a committed Finance Officer to support our Supported Accommodation Service by managing housing benefits and maintaining service charges. You’ll play a vital role in monitoring and managing rent accounts, helping individuals understand their responsibilities, and supporting them through any changes to their financial circumstances. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Manage the collection of rents, maintaining accurate records. Work closely with our Pobl Rents and Service Charge team, providing updates, maintaining accurate records, and attending their team meetings Support service users with their housing benefit applications and address changes in their financial circumstances. Ensure clear and effective communication about financial responsibilities. Liaise with external agencies, such as the Housing Benefits Team, to secure necessary support for service users. Adhere to policies on confidentiality, equality, and health and safety. What skills and experience do you need?
