Senior Site Manager – West of Scotland
Tier 1 Main Contractor
I’m currently working in partnership with one of my long-standing Tier 1 clients, a highly respected name within the Scottish construction industry, as they look to strengthen their delivery team with the addition of a Senior Site Manager based in the West of Scotland.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading contractor known for delivering high-profile, complex projects across various sectors.
With a strong pipeline of work and a commitment to quality, they’re looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager who can bring leadership, energy, and attention to detail to site operations.
The Role:
You’ll take the lead on managing all aspects of site delivery – from coordinating subcontractors and ensuring HSEQ standards are upheld, to driving programmes forward and maintaining excellent communication with the wider project team.
This role offers the chance to take ownership of key packages on major developments, with support from a strong site and project leadership structure.
What I’m Looking For:
Proven experience in a Senior Site Manager role, ideally with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
Background in delivering large-scale new build or refurbishment projects
Strong knowledge of health & safety, programme management, and subcontractor coordination
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black), and First Aid certification
This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering projects to the highest standards.
If you’re based in the West and looking for your next step with a top-tier contractor, I’d love to speak with you.
