AX is an accident assistance and after care service provider who deliver replacement vehicles to customers who have been involved in non-fault accidents.

Role Purpose
To deliver and collect vehicles in line with business and customer needs ensuring that you provide non-negotiable customer service and exceed customer expectations.
As one of our Executive Drivers, your responsibilities will be to:
1. Complete a series of checks on the vehicle condition
2. Ensure that there is no damage, and that the mileage status is acceptable versus the service requirement
3. Ensure basic service checks are carried out on the vehicles, including oil and fluid levels, window screen checks and the tread of the tyres are to the required depth and pressure
4. Drive vehicles safely, following the Highway Code, considering road and weather conditions and being courteous to other drivers
5. Appear well groomed, representing AX in a professional manner
6. Deliver assigned vehicle on schedule to an agreed location
7. Return collected vehicles and complete the necessary paperwork
8. Provide excellent customer service, demonstrate vehicle features and controls, explain and complete the necessary administration
9. Check and collect vehicle from the client, completing the necessary paperwork
10. Travel independently between jobs using public transport, return to your location if no suitable local collection
11. Advise your Line Manager of any vehicle condition issues
12. Identify concerns regarding the roadworthiness of vehicles
13. Report any issues to ensure effective fleet utilisation and claims management
14. To hand in any lost property found in the vehicles.
Our Executive Drivers will bring the following skills and experiences to our team:
1. You will have demonstrable experience in a similar driving role
2. Hold a current Valid Driving Licence
3. Ideally experience of driving different makes and models of vehicles including prestige
4. General knowledge of vehicle makes models and controls
5. Basic knowledge of car maintenance
6. Observant and detail conscious, understands the need to keep all vehicles in prestige condition
7. Confident, safe, and responsible driver
8. Good communication skills, able to give instructions and explain basic vehicle controls and appropriate paperwork.
