Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
2. Conduct market research to uncover potential prospects and industry trends.
3. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
4. Build strong, sustainable relationships with existing and prospective clients.
5. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
6. Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and support.
7. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
8. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
9. Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
10. Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation initiatives.
11. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and forecasts to senior management.
12. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Proven track record in sales or business development.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
