Salary - £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, dependant on experience + study support package
Hours - Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week with flexible working hours and hybrid working on completion of probation
Holiday - 25 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays)

We have an exciting role for an Accounting Manager in our Stanley, County Durham office.
Are you already studying towards your ACA/ACCA qualification and have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role? We are looking for honest and hardworking individuals to provide a first class service to our clients. This role also offers a study support package for you to complete your qualifications. You must be personable and confident in order to thrive within this role.
Key responsibilities of an Accounting Manager will include:
To work in partnership with team members and Lead Advisors to deliver a top quality service to a portfolio of high growth and established business clients in the North East and beyond.
You will also be expected to work with your direct manager and team members to implement the departmental business plan and deliver on set performance measures.
About you:
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in practice
2. Working towards ACA/ACCA
3. Experience with CCH and Xero
4. Must be an efficient and personable communicator
5. Organised and forward thinking
6. Reliable and honest
7. Must have own transport as our office is difficult to get to by public transport
