Community & Customer Manager
As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for a self-motivated, Community & Customer Manager to provide a proactive and effective service for the contact centre, customer liaison, leaseholder liaison, tenant engagement, and community engagement operations.
This role is permanent with a starting salary of £52,122 a year, rising to £54,580 after key competencies of the role are met.
Criteria for Role:
To be successful in the role of Community & Customer Manager, you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in one of the key areas of customer experience, stakeholder management, and community engagement.

Reporting to the Head of Communication & Stakeholder Engagement, this role is responsible for the contact centre, customer liaison, leaseholder liaison, tenant engagement, and community engagement operations. This is a key role which will contribute to the delivery of the organisation’s customer experience, tenant voice, and community engagement agendas.
