Your role at Veezu: The CRM & Lifecycle Specialist will be responsible for creating, building and reporting on the automated campaigns via in-app channels as well as email and SMS. Reporting directly to CRM & Lifecycle Manager, this role helps to accelerate the company growth by improving customer retention and reducing churn. Who are Veezu? We are a tech-driven on-demand mobility service that supports our hyper-local communities, helping them thrive and so much more What you’ll do: Work with stakeholders across the company to create the copy, visuals and segmentation to test and launch new automated campaigns via Braze. Run experiments to constantly optimise and improve campaign performance. Own and develop key lifecycle campaigns through data-driven insights and feedback loops. Provide regular reports on the campaign performance, tracking key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI. Be committed to maintaining our ISO27001 certification and set high standards for Information Security compliance. What you’ll need: 1-2 years of experience in CRM or marketing automation, preferably using Braze as a customer engagement platform. Background in channel marketing with hands-on experience across various platforms including Email, SMS, and Offline channels. Excellent analytical skills with a focus on performance tracking and data-driven decision-making. Proactive can-do attitude and the determination to achieve results. Where you’ll be: This role will be based out of our Cardiff office. This role will be hybrid, with the expectation that you will travel to and work from our hubs across the UK and Ireland as and when needed for the proper performance of your role.
