Description: This role requires you to be a motivated and self-driven person, undertaking sales activities on companies of varying sizes. The role will also require you to engage with new clients to promote the value of apprenticeships and apprentices in the workplace.
Role Information
The ideal candidate will be adaptable and able to work under pressure, proactive, and a great communicator with people at all levels both verbally and written. You will be able to identify and solve problems and prioritize your own workload, have great attention to detail, and be able to multitask. It is essential that you have an excellent telephone manner, good work ethics, and be eager to achieve. We offer a full induction and training package to our new staff, so you will quickly feel part of the team.
DUTIES
* Following up on enquiries from marketing
* Promoting all available products via telephone and email to all prospects
* Business to business telesales
* Manage enquiries from clients and provide appropriate support
* Liaise with other internal departments to keep records up to date where appropriate
* Manage and keep your own CRM system up to date
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and external organisations
* Ensure recruitment trackers are accurate and submitted as per agreed deadlines
* To identify and engage in communication with local employment partnership groups to promote our services and identify opportunities
* Attending careers events to promote Learning Curve Group
* Effectively communicating with other staff members about day to day activities
* Conduct your role in line with the company values and expected behaviours
* Promote equal opportunities and recognition of diversity throughout the company
* Comply with the Safeguarding, Prevent and Health and Safety Policies and be vigilant to potential concerns and risks at all times
* Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
* Provide learners, customers and colleagues with support, advice, and guidance as part of your everyday role
