An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Security Business Development Manager to join Kingdom Group Ltd.
Job purpose:
The Security Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion within the security solutions sector.
This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and aligning security offerings with market needs to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Location: North & Scotland.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm or to meet the demands and objectives of the primary role.
Salary: £55,000.00 - £60,000.00 Per Annum.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities for security solutions.
* Create and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand customer base.
* Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
* Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and recommending tailored security solutions.
* Install appropriate team headcount and structure against a methodology.
* Control of team structure salaries and terms and conditions to recruit and retain the best talent possible to form effective teams.
* Install written process, ownership, accountability, teamwork, and capability building.
* Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
* Install real and achievable team KPI outputs.
* Conduct regular performance reviews against the Job Description and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
* Recognise and reward and maintain the right balance between colleague happiness and drive.
* Supporting disciplinary and grievance & constructive management of conflicts.
* Succession planning.
The successful applicant will match the below skill set:
* Passionate about delivering a best-in-class service.
* Minimum of 5 years experience within Security Sector Sales.
* Growth goal and results orientated.
* Background in sales with a strong focus on client engagement, upselling, and cross-selling.
* Experience in supplier selection, negotiation, and cost management to achieve best-value sourcing.
* An effective verbal and written communicator at several levels and a strong presenter.
* Software competent with (Powerpoint, Excel, Word).
* Process and compliance driven.
* Relentlessness to drive strategic projects to make Kingdom better every day.
