We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic individual to join our Community Planned Care Business Unit.
The post holder will be responsible for the day to day management of the operational teams within Health Records, whilst ensuring systems and processes are in place to meet local and national targets.
This post will work closely with a broad range of professionals including Clinicians and senior managers.

Main duties of the job
* The Operational Co-ordinator is a key member of the Community Planned Care Business Unit and is responsible for the day to day operational running of the Health Records teams including Medical Secretaries, Central Appointments and Day Case to facilitate the smooth and efficient running of the service.
* Responsible for ensuring systems and processes are in place to meet the local and national targets, specifically 7 day typing target, preparation of clinics at least 3 days in advance and 18 & 52 week RTT pathway for consultant led services.
* Support projects in the development of the service, and facilitating the change process whilst encouraging others to be innovative and adaptable in their approach to change.
* Day to Day management of the Administration staff within the Health Records Team.
* You must be an excellent communicator, have experience in managing change and excellent leadership skills.
