Senior Site Manager vacancy in Bridlington Area (046DM)
Overall Objective:
To effectively and efficiently manage the construction process, ensuring a safe environment while meeting project goals.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Health & Safety:
Comply with all Health & Safety legislation, striving for best practices at all times.
2. Design & Technical Coordination:
Review and coordinate design and technical requirements during both mobilisation and construction phases to ensure timely and risk-managed delivery.
3. Subcontractor Management:
Supervise subcontract trades and lead the construction process from estimating handover to full completion of site activities.
4. Logistics & Planning:
Oversee logistics plans, update Health & Safety plans, and ensure their implementation throughout various stages of construction. Coordinate material requisitions and deliveries for an efficient build.
5. Scheduling & Production Targets:
Develop short-term programmes to support scheduling efforts and engage with broader trades to meet production targets, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
6. Quality Assurance:
Ensure all working methods are carried out to a high standard and in accordance with specifications.
7. Documentation & Compliance:
Complete required paperwork, including site updates, Health & Safety records, environmental reports, material returns, and wage sheets.
8. Policy Compliance:
Adhere to Esh Construction policies, procedures, and instructions, and contribute to the company’s ongoing reputation through innovative practices and methods.
9. Client Relations:
Maintain strong communication with clients and representatives, ensuring all inspections and progress reports are completed on time, and client satisfaction is achieved.
10. Site Handover & Customer Care:
Ensure housing sites are handed over on time, meeting high-quality standards. Provide excellent customer care to residents and the community.
11. Flexibility:
Acknowledge that the role may evolve and include additional duties, with the nature of tasks remaining aligned with the overall responsibility.

Experience & Qualifications:
Essential:
At least 5 years of occupational experience
5-Day SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
