The Project: Holland Park Gate is an £80m mixed-use development on Kensington High Street. The development offers one, two, three and four-bedroom homes for sale and the Penthouse Collection offers three super-prime luxury apartments with private terraces. The development includes 71 private and 35 affordable homes as well as office space, Retail units and a bespoke 5 star hotel with exclusive spa, 25-metre pool, and leisure facilities. Main Responsibilities: Overseeing the subbies/trades. Carrying out quality assurance checks on the works as it progresses ensuring correct spec, sufficiently installed, within tolerances, compliant with requirements, issuing corrective notices/ non-conformances for rectification and ensuring this is carried out. Snagging works as it progresses and Use 4 Projects and Fieldview. Ensuring all trades complete tasks in accordance with design, specification and compliance checks Liaising with NHBC and Building Control on inspections Questioning details which are not working out on site with the PM or DM.
