Senior Product Designer
Type: Full-time
Location: Fully remote (Europe-friendly timezone)
As a Product Designer, you'll work with a cross-functional team to make products intuitive and user-friendly while shaping industry standards in Web3 and AI platforms. You'll also lead the User Experience Guild, a collaborative space for designers and developers to refine best practices and enhance the user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate value propositions and drive user engagement.
* Align efforts based on company objectives and user needs.
* Navigate complex design challenges with UI/UX best practices.
* Create user-friendly platforms and make thoughtful trade-offs.
* Develop use-case specific prototypes and applications quickly.
* Continuously improve products and design processes.
* Implement privacy-preserving solutions with high standards for security and compliance.
* Share knowledge, mentor peers, and strengthen the design culture.
Must-have Experience/Skills:
* At least 5 years in product design, usability testing, and research.
* Collaborating with other product designers to maintain a sustainable design system.
* Expert knowledge in Figma.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Nice-to-have Experience/Skills:
* Designing products based on deep tech like Blockchain and AI.
* Ability to travel to the head office in Cambridge once a week/bi-weekly.
