Main Responsibilities:
* Motivate and support your team to achieve targets in a dynamic environment
* Swiftly resolve problems and delegate tasks effectively

* Manage store operations and supervise colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager or Deputy Store Manager
* Oversee freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shift execution
