This post is full time (35 hours per week) and open ended.

The post holder will join the School of Medicine Dentistry & Nursing on a full time and permanent basis. We are seeking to appoint an Administrative Team Lead to oversee teaching & learning support teams for the Undergraduate Medical School’s MBChB (early years), Pre-Medical Foundation Programmes, and Anatomy teaching.
In addition, you will provide senior administrative support and expert advice to academic and clinical staff and you will be responsible for the administration of the School’s Elective programme. He post holder will act as a Lead Timetabler for Undergraduate Medicine, advising on and overseeing the annual room bookings exercise and will provide first-class customer service and maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
