Procurement Manager
Our client, a leading organisation in the property management sector, is seeking a Procurement Manager to support their operations. This role is integral to ensuring efficient contract management, supplier compliance, and procurement processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation, tendering, and negotiation of service contracts.
* Manage the onboarding and offboarding of service partners and contractors.
* Monitor supplier compliance with contractual KPIs, conducting regular performance reviews.
* Oversee contractor termination processes and maintain accurate documentation.
* Support the sourcing and verification of new service providers.
* Maintain supplier records, contract documentation, and approved supplier lists.
* Assist in tendering processes for new property and asset management contracts.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Strong IT proficiency and data management skills.
* In-depth understanding of procurement processes.
