As a Personal Assistant your responsibilities will include:
• Working alongside the MD & Leadership Team, supporting business operations and completing administrative tasks
• Managing diaries/calendars, scheduling appointments/meetings/events
• Proactively reminding & holding the MD/SLT accountable re; tasks & deadlines
• Organising lunches, breakfast, events for the business/team
• Dealing with general PA/admin duties for the MD including life admin
• Office management, dealing with suppliers, ordering office supplies
We are looking for a Personal Assistant with the following skills and experience:
• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant/Office Manager
• Demonstrated ability to handle a wide range of administrative tasks efficiently
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Exceptional communication skills, relationship & rapport building skills
• Proactive & discrete with high attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Professional demeanour with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond
In return, the successful Personal Assistant will receive a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 plus benefits…
