Machine Operator (Press Brake) Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Equipment Technician to join our team in Evesham and surrounding areas. Ideal candidates will come from Worcester, Redditch, Stratford-upon-Avon, Droitwich Spa, Bromsgrove, Wellesbourne, and neighboring communities.
Compensation Package:
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum + Premium Overtime + Comprehensive Training Opportunities + 28 Days' Holiday
Job Description:
1. Evaluate equipment performance, identify malfunctions, and perform maintenance tasks to ensure optimal machine operation.
2. Conduct routine inspections of machines and tools to detect signs of wear or damage, addressing issues promptly to prevent downtime.
3. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement process improvements that increase productivity and efficiency.
