Job summary To be responsible for the delivery of general practice nursing services, working as part of the practice multidisciplinary team, delivering care within their scope of practice to the entitled patient population. The primary care nurse will be responsible for a number of clinical and non-clinical areas such as infection prevention and control, health promotion including cervical cytology, chronic disease management, health promotion as well as supporting the management team in the reviewing of clinical policy and procedures.
