Summary Responsibilities
* Deliver online and in-person (across our services) quality training to meet learning outcomes and aligned to strategic and operational needs.
* Build training content and report on compliance via the online learning platform.
* Relationship building with colleagues and operational managers to help them achieve their KPIs and identify training needs.
* Undertake core training duties e.g. Induction & mandatory update days.
* Complete workplace assessments including observations and sign-offs of key competencies.
* Deliver existing courses and update as needed.

Essential
* Experience of use of technology and online packages to aid training delivery
* Driver's licence
* Practical knowledge of delivering training to different learning styles
* Skilled at writing up observations and delivering feedback
Desirable
* Experience of Kallidus LMS
* Experience of health and social care sector
* Delivery of core training for health and social care
* Relevant training or assessor qualification
* Delivery of moving and handling of people training
* Deliver training to divergent audiences from different sectors across the organisation

Hours: 35 hours, Monday to Friday ( part time hours may be considered)
Pay: £29,211 per annum.
Please note- This is a fixed term, office based role for 12 months. The possibility of one day working remotely, can be discussed at interview.
