Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday - Thursday (08:00 - 17:00), Friday (08:00 - 15:30)

About the role:
We are seeking a motivated ERP Project Manager or ERP Implementation Consultant to join our IT function. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure the smooth running of the system and assist with user queries, troubleshooting, and ongoing system improvements.
Working alongside the Head of IT you will play a crucial role in the continued adoption and utilisation of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central within the business.
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead the upgrade and continued development of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central to incorporate MRP, Finance & Payroll, CRM and SharePoint integration.
* Work with key stakeholders to project manage and implement continued upgrades/development.
* Interpret software development requests to build and communicate the design brief.
* Identify continuous improvement opportunities through the analysis of existing practices and procedures.
* Maintain and develop both user and system documentation.
* Support users within Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, when required.
Who we’re looking for:
You will have a deep and extensive knowledge of project management, implementation and supporting Microsoft Dynamics Business Central within a business. You will have strong stakeholder communication skills to ensure the successful implementation and utilisation of the system.
It would be great if you also have:
* Excellent working knowledge of all Business Central modules ideally within Manufacturing or similar.
* Experience of both business and process analysis.
* Strong relationship management.
* Hands-on project management.
