Proactive Personnel ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service / Administrator for our client based in Nottingham city centre.
This is working in a main dealership and will be supporting the Service Advisor team.
Duties:
1. Update in house computer system
2. Update customers with progress
3. Confirm specific repair details with customers
4. Create / send invoices via in house system
5. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
6. Update in house system
To be considered for this role, you must be a confident communicator and have excellent administration skills.
This is a temporary to permanent position with an immediate start.
An immediate start is available with this role.
7. 07:00- 17:00 Monday – Friday – flexibility with hours is available)
8. You will also be required to work Saturday AM’s on a rota basis.
