The Role:
The University of Portsmouth Faculty of Business and Law is seeking to appoint a Global Engagement Coordinator to join its Global Engagement Office. The role holder will be responsible for providing high quality administration of the mandatory and optional international student (and staff) mobility programmes, including exchanges and summer schools. This position is responsible for all aspects of ongoing coordination, administration and support of student mobility programmes, developing and maintaining excellent customer relations and contributing to the expansion of these activities. The successful candidate will have a proactive approach to their work and have the ability to work well under pressure, prioritise workloads and work well as an integral member of a team.
Although this is a full time role, a fractional contract of 0.8 FTE or above will be considered and can be discussed at interview.
Whilst there is a need to be in Portsmouth a few days a week, hybrid working is available for this role.
