They exist to seamlessly supply construction site services that solve their customers problems and create value for their suppliers Due to continued growth of the organisation, theyre now looking to create the role of a Sales Manager to be based in the Loughton offices and to manage a team of 8 including Business development and account management. Responsibilities: Own the sales culture; manage all sales staff to ensure they work in alignment with our company values Line management of multiple sales functions (New Business, Business Development, Account Management) to ensure they are hitting their sales targets circa 8 people
