Conveyancing Assistant - Worcester
We are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join our busy Residential Conveyancing team. Reporting to the Head of Conveyancing Operations, you will be expected to provide legal support to our conveyancing team. Your duties will include quoting and initial referral client contact, file opening, ID checks, initial steps in the legal process including contract drafting and search ordering.
Excellent client care and communication skills are essential both over the phone and face to face. You should possess strong IT skills, and experience of working with cloud case management systems is preferred. You will need to be highly organised so that you can plan your tasks and work within our regulatory requirements to strict deadlines. Attention to detail is paramount as well as being able to work under pressure. You will be expected to be a team player as well as working on your own initiative.
A minimum of one to two years experience is required in a Conveyancing Assistant role or equivalent.
