About the Role: As a Special Needs Education Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting our pupils' educational and personal development. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to create a positive and stimulating learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing one-on-one and small group support to pupils with special educational needs.
2. Assisting with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
3. Encouraging and promoting independence and social inclusion.
4. Supporting pupils with their physical, emotional, and social development.

Requirements:
1. Experience working with children with special educational needs in a similar role or a transferable role.
2. Confidence and a proactive approach to supporting children with diverse needs.
3. Teach Team qualification is preferable.
4. A DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
