We are currently seeking a Trainee Export Estimator to join our Thurnscoe facility. In this role, you will ensure all products meet our high-quality standards and customer specifications while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare technical quotations using web-based costing systems and maintain accurate spreadsheet records.
2. Update and manage client data using our CRM system.
3. Handle administrative tasks, including document control, literature management, exhibition planning, and sales record updates.
4. Process sales-related documentation and estimate export sales enquiries.
5. Respond to client queries regarding enquiries and orders.
6. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth information flow.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills:
1. Experience working across multiple departments and managing deadlines.
2. Background in technical sales or a similar role.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software.
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Strong telephone communication skills.
6. Experience in a technical environment with engineered products.
