The Role: FP&A Analyst
We’re looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) to take on a critical role in financial planning and analysis. As FP&A Analyst, you will play a key part in driving financial insight, managing forecasting processes, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role suits ambitious individuals looking to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and gain exposure to Private Equity dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reporting & Insights: Develop and enhance financial reports using Power BI and Jet Reporting, providing detailed analysis to inform strategic decisions.
* Forecasting: Lead cash flow forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Business Partnering: Collaborate across Operations, Sales, and Marketing to deliver actionable insights and improve financial performance.
* Acquisition Integration: Support the integration of new acquisitions into financial systems, contributing to seamless transitions.
* Systems Optimisation: Act as a key user of financial systems, including Salesforce and Business Central, driving efficiency and innovation.
* Data Analysis: Identify trends, risks, and opportunities by analysing financial and operational data to support decision-making.
* Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives to enhance financial systems, processes, and reporting capabilities.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
* Strong experience in FP&A or commercial finance roles.
* Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Jet Reporting, and advanced Excel.
* Demonstrated success in financial modelling, data analysis, and system optimisation.
* Effective communication skills with proven business partnering experience.
Desirable:
* Experience with Microsoft Business Central or Salesforce.
* Previous involvement in acquisition integration or transformation projects.
