Cyber Security Account Growth Strategist in Northamptonshire, UK with hybrid working.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus double OTE (On-Target Earnings)
About the Role:
* You will develop and execute account plans to maximise revenue growth from existing customer accounts in the defence sector.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organisations, providing strategic guidance on cybersecurity solutions.
* Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand the company's footprint in the rapidly expanding cyber security market.
* Prospect for new accounts and develop a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise to position the company as a leader in the cybersecurity space.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales engineers, product managers, and customer support, to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
* Educate customers on the value proposition of the company's solutions and services, effectively communicating the benefits of our cutting-edge cybersecurity offerings.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in cybersecurity, applying this expertise to drive business growth and expansion.
What We Are Looking For:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales or account management role within the cyber security industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
* Experience in selling into MOD/Defence sectors, with a deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies.
* Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
