A proactive Administrator required asap to join an engineering company based in Newark. Reporting directly to the Office Manager as the Administrator you will provide essential support across various administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Administration: As an Administrator, you will assist in the preparation and processing of orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Order Processing: You will support the team in managing and tracking orders from start to finish, coordinating with clients and suppliers.
• Health and Safety Documentation: you will ensure all health and safety records are up to date, organised, and compliant with company standards.
• Project Administration: you will provide administrative support to project teams, assisting with project coordination and documentation.
• General Administrative Support: you will offer operational and administrative assistance to the Office Manager across all areas of office management.
Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally in a construction, engineering, or related field.
• Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, with a willingness to learn and support across all areas of administration.
