Operations Administrator Responsibilities:
1. Reporting to the Administration Manager, supporting with administration tasks business-wide
2. Undertake accounts administration tasks, which include supporting with the preparation of month and year-end, creating invoices, and processing purchase orders
3. Handle incoming queries from customers and suppliers, working together to find a swift and effective resolution
4. Arrange the transport and delivery of goods, ensuring all goods are delivered to the satisfaction of customers
5. Assist the purchase ledger team by supporting customers with invoice queries
6. Order stock and update information to the CRM system
7. Assist with estimates and set up customer bookings
8. Update spreadsheets with sales activity information
